This is an internet event that happens every year. The rules are very simple:

1. Make a drawing in ink (you can do a pencil under-drawing if you want).
2. Post it*
3. Hashtag it with #inktober and #inktober2019
4. Repeat

*Post it on any social media account you want or just post it on your refrigerator. The point is to share your art with someone. :)

For the first half of the project, I was actually not following the rules and I was using design markers, because I just bought me a set and using these grey shades was kinda new and fun to me. I was aware this somehow defied the purpose.

My personal goal was to find a way to take none of these words at face value, but try to find either a meaning of the word that isn’t the most commonly perceived one, or a funny twist or wordplay.
